Mystery Quilt

We're working on a mystery quilt in the guild. This is mine so far. I should be much further, but, I am not!!! I have most of my fabric cut. I really couldn't decide if I liked the green as it is the main background fabric, meaning, there is a lot of it. I had gone and bought yellow, but it just didn't work for me. So back to the green. I will call this quilt, "Hawaii"!!

I did finish quilting my little satin quilt last weekend and today I am working on the double binding.

The lavender will just be an 8th of an inch when finished. Just enough to bring out the lavender in the border.
And here's my Maddie posing with my Lily that I really need to get in the ground!!! Perhaps Friday!!!

Take Care everyone, Happy Quilting and keep those scissors sharp!!! Martha

  1. I remember your little satin quilt from the FMQ Challenge. You've found the perfect border fabric and the double binding will be the perfect finishing touch! Great job!
